Extensions
Single-storey rears, side returns, double-storey, and wrap-arounds. We handle the planning and building control side so you are not chasing paperwork, and we try to keep the mess and disruption to a minimum while the family is still living in the house.

Loft Conversions
Dormers, hip-to-gables, and mansards on London terraced and semi-detached homes. Most jobs add a bedroom and an en-suite, some a full master with a dressing room. Typical run is 8–10 weeks on site.

Refurbishments
Whole-house refurbs, kitchens, bathrooms, period restoration. Happy to strip back to brick if that is what the job needs, or just smarten up the rooms you actually use.

Roofing
Pitched and flat roofs, full replacements, and one-off repairs. We cover slate, tile, felt, and single-ply membranes, and we pick up emergency leaks within 24 hours where we can.

Groundworks
Foundations, drainage, and hard landscaping. Most of this is the invisible work that decides whether the rest of the build holds up, so we do not cut corners on it.
